How to improve CTR, Click to rate

Hey guys,
that’s what CTR stands for right? Click to rate? Click through rate? Not sure, but you know what i mean. How can you get more ppl to click? I mean legit clicks.

Its pretty horrible right now. 0.88% or is that horrible?
