Need a reccomendation

Okay, so I was shut off of my AdSense because one of my members thought he was helping by clicking them 15 times a day
Anyway, I am looking for a new CPC/CPM publisher network for me to use for my site.
I applied for Yahoo, but haven’t received a yes or a no for about 8 days or so now.
I applied for MSN about 5-9 days ago received no word.
I tried AdsDaq and didn’t like it.
I am looking for something that has the following
-Paid via paypal ( doesn’t have to, but preferred as I hate having to go out and cash checks, deposit into bank account is fine with me )
-Has text ad’s and image ad’s not just image.
Thanks, looking for some good recommendations.. should I just wait for MSN and yahoo?
