Quick Media Shakers Question

Hi I have tried searching this on both google and the search feature of this site, but am unable to find what im looking for so if anyone could help me out i would really appreciate it. I have been using media shakers for about a week now and i would like to know how to check my balance and also i believe i read it has no minimum payout where do i go to request payment.
