making another adbride account??? please help!!

my adbride account was blocked, and requested thm to cancel it and it’s canceled now, so now should i make another account with different mail address and address(i edited address of last account to fake address)??
and i want to put thm on same site(of last account):

by editng there template or name can i put new ads in thm???:confused::confused:
