Adbrite Full Page Ads Questions

Hey,
I have had one of my websites for 3 years and get around 60,000 page views a month from 500 – 1000 unique visitors a month. Currently I use Google Adsense and it works well. But, as always I would like a bit more.

Can you use Adbrite alongside Adsense? Is it against any T&C?
Can you deside on what page the ad appears and how often?
How much are you payed for each impression of the advert?
Do you think these types of adverts will particulary drive visitors away?
