Anybody heard of onlinegrow for Ppc?

I just signed up for this because I saw something to get $1,000 free advertising, but it seems kind of sketchy. There is a site for advertisers onlinegrow and one for website owners linegrow. It seems to be an interesting way to advertise, but it is very confusing. They never ask for a credit card. Does anybody know anything about this? I don’t wanna get screwed. Thanks.
