High paying Adult PPC

I am currently using Black Label Ads but want to switch because it seems like there is very few banners in the rotation and it seems like they have a low pay rate. But I could be wrong as I am not too experienced with adult PPC.
Does this seem reasonable?

I can’t tell but feel like I could make more with another ad network.I applied to Adult Ad Network but they have not responded in 2 weeks. So any other alternatives? (Besides Clicksor)
