Easy-to-join CPA networks with paypal?

Hey guys,
basically im looking for some easy-to-join CPA networks that dont require a professional-looking site to get in. I basically need them to allow me to put up like offers, or forms and get paid for having people put their email address or post code in the forms that they provide. And i need them to pay my by paypal aswell.
Any1 know any such networks?
