AdEngage Newbie – Confustration – Not sure about some features – ad engage ads

Ad engage is hard to get a reply from. Also, I don’t understand why they show ads on my site if I haven’t sold any yet??
And my websites keep disappearing from their site – but they don’t give any message about it. What A Pain RESUBMITTING!!
I hope their server maintenance is not a constant like it has been recently, cutting off access right in the middle of my work! (all last week)
Their blog was last post in October 2008 – I tried leaving a message on it – LoLz – didn’t work!

What are your adengage best tips?
I’m running the different ad types on different sites. Some with Photos, some with text…
It’s a cool little setup, but I’m needing some benzos dealing with it at times. :p
PS. What’s with this Digital Point New Thread Captcha that I can’t SEE!!!!!!
