What is your strategy to make users click on inline ads more?

I am mainly using Adbrite. Adbrite provides inline which is very good in terms of click and revenue. However, I’ve still got less than 5 clicks out of 2.5K impressions a day. Even though sometimes Adbrite paid me really high, I still got less than 1$.
Can u figure out what is the problem here? What is your suggestion?
And more importantly, what is your strategy to make users click on inline ads more?
