how tolerable is AdBrite, will it ban like adsens without a reason?

hi, i just started with adbrite and i wonder how tolerable are they to publishers, will they ban like adsens without a reason, cause i see that in the TOS they have all that no copyright violations, adult, but you guy say that you have their ads on warez forums and where not. are they giving chance to explain ourselves or do the just ban like adsens does??
