Cant to join CPXInteractive, Need account

Hi,
My buddy need an CPXInteractive account and he has been trying to apply but no response for 2 weeks.
If any one got an account that dont use( or make very little money and want to give up) can shoot me a PM, i will consider pay small fee to have it, i will also pay for the unpaid balance if you have any there)
