PPC Classroom?

Did anyone get the free dvd from PPC Classroom, and if so is the DVD just like a late night infomercial – wetting your appetite – without showing you a thing except repeating over and over all the testimonies of people who made millions, and you can too with their system etc. – but they never actually give you step by step lessons (in the free DVD).
Or is this an actual free offer that does supply you with all the info you need (all the modules) without asking for a penny more (after the shipping and handling fee)?
Just trying to weigh it out because I started to sign up, but stopped after I found out I had to give out my credit card info for the shipping fee.
