1)Once you receive a coupon simply go here: http://www.facebook.com/ads/?ref=pf#/ads/manage, click on Billing > Funding Sources > Advertising Credits > Enter Coupon Code, and enter the coupon you received through email.
Now you have $100 you can spend towards a Facebook ad campaign.
(Note: Facebook will still require you to enter a valid credit card. This won’t matter though because your card won’t be billed because of your $100 Ad Credit)
