My website adsense compliant?

Hello I asked before but I find it odd that websites like mine have adsense but people say mine is not allowed. I own www.pspisogames.info and its a website were we give a link to the download of free psp games. We have the games listed with the description with the download link, the download link are links to megaupload.com were the user can download the game. BTW We don’t own megaupload.com so we don’t host the content its already there. I also included a legal page saying that we don’t promote downloading with out legal right and so on so basically if the user does download it illegally they are breaking a law if there is one.
