The best Adult PPC to use to advertise your adult website

Anyone know a good dependable not cheap but inexpensive adult ppc program.. SOmething you can start with a budget..lets say 50 to 100… something like adwords..where you only use what you pay for…never get over charged..I know I can research this but I want to know some ones personal opinion>
Did you see traffic from the clicks
I know IT might not mean customers but did you actually get traffic
DId it convert to sales
Things like that..for my adult site.. an adult ppc program.
