Alexa traffic

I have several sites that have had consistently low alexa ratings, yet they do not get traffic on my ppc sites. Some are chinese, so I can accept that, but some are european and american. I use parked.com, revenuedirect.com, and sedo.com, and have rotated these sites to try to monetize them the best way possible. Any suggestions?
