Will Google penilize me for…

Hi there,
My Word Press blog is in English but 2 landing pages are in Russian and Hebrew.
So because the WP platform is in English and doesn’t recognize other languages I inserted into russian and hebrew landing pages meta tags, keywords and titles in English. So my question is will google penalize me for having all this in inglish but pages in russian, etc…?
