What’s wrong with the Adbrite sign up page?

I was going to sign up with Adbrite, but the http://adbrite.com site looks really strange. No logo, nothing, just text. I’m afraid to use it.
O.K., tried to send a contact us through the contact us page, and the text image didn’t show up. Is this my computer? Their other pages (about, etc.) look fine.
