Adbrite Inline Ads Not Working

So I created an adzone on adbrite specifically for inline ads about a week ago and they have still not displayed yet. I have the zone activated, implemented the code in between the head tags and still nothing. In the zone, I have about 20 keywords listed. Can anyone list some problems that may be inhibiting my inline ads from displaying correctly? Do I need to add a lot more keywords or are the ads automatically generated from adbrites database? If anyone has any ideas, I’d appreciate it. Thanks!
