Alternative to Adsense? (entertainment ads prob best)

Adbrite is working well, but I’d like to have a second network on the site as well. I believe whats wrong with adsense is the ads are too specific to the page that they don’t want to click to leave the site. I need entertainment related ads I think, anything good for an alternative?
