Kontera says they don’t do CPM deal, so what’s with all the misinformation?

Dear all,
What’s with all the sites out there saying that Kontera can do CPM deals with certain sites if you negotiate it with them?
I emailed Kontera about this and they said this:
"Hello Winston,

Thanks for contacting Kontera Support.
We do not currently offer publisher CPM deals and publisher payments are based on a CPC deals. Kontera pays publishers according to a pre-determined CPC rate each time a user clicks on an ad; the amount is determined by our advertisers and varies according to their specifications.
I hope this clarifies your question and please don’t hesitate to contact us again through
the "Help" tab in the Kontera Publisher Center with any other question, comment or concern."
W: Is someone trying to scam us out there?
