“Pay Per Click” words banned????

Hi friends,
I have written an article to submit article directories. I have used word "Pay Per Click" in that article. And I submitted the same article in several article directories. But one the article directory responded pretty quickly. But unfortunately they have declined my article because of that word.
I have quoted the important point below:

Error: The Article Contains the following banned words:
pay per click

I just wanted to make sure that is this word really banned?
