Anybody using Bidsystem to advertise on Facebook?

I tried to register on bidsystem, they have kind of strange registration, they don’t accept public email address like gmail and hotmail. I tried something different, but after registering two times never got a confirmation email.
I tried cubics.com, they take a while to approve ads, and after they approve it i never see any impressions.
I heard cubics and bidsystem is the same company, is that true?
What is the best company to advertise on facebook apps, it seems like bidsystem is the most common company to do that.
