traffic exchanges

hi,
just wondering what traffic exchanges are out there that are note-worthy of joining. I have tried lords-of-traffic.com but it was buggy, i kept on getting banned by the administrator because i failed the bot tests (even though i typed in the correct codes)
i am also using easy4hits.com, they actually do pay, but i also kind of lost interest in that because it was time consuming.
right now, i’m currently using trafficera.
any better ones out there?
