Question regarding Commision Junction

Today i have joined commision junction ..i have a question …
after exploring the website i found that they dont offer pay per click services
but you can earn commision by selling different products or services
If they offer ppc then which suppliers?
secondly????
Can anyone give me any tips about How to advertise the Commision junction products?

For example i am running Ads of CuteFTP on my website…..do i promote cuteftp in my promotional emails
or i just promote content of my website and visitors will automatically visit cuteftp website and purchase
from them and i will get commision
