Click on Ads in Adbrite ????

I am New to PPC I Joined Adsene a few month ago.. Now i am joining Adbrite Tell me brothers adbrite is a Pay per Click Like Adsene ???
If We Click our Own Ads in Adbrite. Account Block or not ? If your Account Block tell me ??
