Getting into PPC

I’m getting into this whole PPC thing, and I was wondering what my first best step to take is.
I prefer to learn by helping someone out with their projects. I will do it for free; I just learn better that way.
I have a website www.eSupportYou.com where I’m trying to make a little extra money off of so I could possibly try PPC Coach or something.
Any suggestions? Anyone need help or willing to help me get started? I’ll work for free just to learn.
