Google adwords confusion

I have an adwords account and everything was running fine until yesterday. Now half of my keywords says they are not active due to poor quality? The google explanation about relevance doesn’t make sense as the keyword is repeated in the ad content and website content. Anyone can explain what the hack do they mean by low quality?:(
