A new software called ppc bully

gHey.
I need your opinion – there is this new program called "PPC Bully" which basically spies on other competitors ads.
Now I know there was a lot of spying software out there like adpsypro and UCP etc. but I was wondering what do you think of this software – is it the same ? is it better ?
I AM ASKING THIS BECAUSE I AM AN AFFILIATE OF THIS PROGRAM. just to put things on the table.
