PPC Advertising Campaign software

Hi All,
Can you please recommend a software for running PPC Campaigns where I can have GOogle, Yahoo, and MSN all in one.
THis is just to save time so I dont have to go to 3 different sites to manage and check each of them. If there is a software where you can do all this in ONE please suggest them.
Also have you used them and what you like about them ?
Are they free ? if not how much are they ?
