Any one know any good PPC program Besides Adsense?

I have PTC Site and and anime site thats just starting. was wondering if anyone knew any Good PPC/CPM Program That pays out via paypal. They must have paid you at least one time. Please dont post if they havn’t paid you. Im looking for Ad networks that accepts publishers with Daily 5K unique traffic that accepts ptc websites. any Info would be good.
