PTC sites going down???

Anyone noticed this? Maybe its just the ones that are a little less established than others; and usually the ones that have smaller payouts – but its honestly starting to tick me off. Im a member of 20+ sites, and the ones that I usually hold off from doing are the ones that take about 2000 clicks just to get to minimum payout; I dont have many referrals so I depend on myself to reach the payout. Therefore Im always clicking on sites that have .50 or 1.00 min. payout, and theres atleast 3 that havent been working lately. BurnBux – supposedly legitimate.. 1$ minimum payout.. and now they have a white screen when you go to the site that is basically saying.. site is down, send me 5$ to my paypal if you want it back up, i need 20 people to do this..
