Suggestions for our low-cost advertising opportunity?

Hey everybody! I work with Tarnius Music Inc. and we just started a new customizable advertising module that could be helpful to anybody looking for more traffic.
Prices can be less than a penny per pageview with no extra cost per click (CPC). You upload your own image, choose from a variety of sizes and page placements, and even areas on our site (i.e. homepage only, the whole site, specific genres, etc).
I’m looking for good ways to reach those that would benefit the most from our target market of musicians and music fans, i.e. instrument retailers, print shops, t-shirt makers, CD duplicators, music publications, promoters, helpful blogs, web-hosting and design, etc.
