PPC Suggestion needed (Whats the top 5 PPC Companies for me) I tried Marchex -SO BAD

I am not really looking for small guys and start ups. So please no…check my sig, (unless you are top 10 in the market)

I am looking for the bigger guys who dont commit CLICK FRAID.
I tried Marchex – they were HORRIBLE.
Anyone have any PPC company that was good and didnt lie?
