CPM – Personal Experiences?

I haven’t been on these forums in quite some time and they’ve changed quite a bit. I know I am posting under PPC while my topic pertains to CPM but I figure this may be the most relevant forum to post it under.
My issue is I am looking for a good CPM ad agency. I have dealt with some media buyers in the past but while I am in a dry spell with them I need to fill my site with decent ads. I receive on average 12 million page impressions per month. The site I operate is a localized teen social networking site with a touch of editorial.
