Newbie questions.

Hi,
I have a video site with about 10000 page views and 2000 daily visits, the 40% traffic is from spain. Two days ago i start to use google adsese, I use 1 image ad unit, 1 text ad unit and two link ad units but the performance is low in the adsense repots i get a page eCPM of 0.19.
I am newbie and i try to read post from this site but i don’t find simple responses for my questions.
Why the performance is too low ? or maybe is a normal performance?
Can I use at the same time on the same page google adsense and advertisments of another enterprises like adbrite, fastclick …?
When in a post someone talk’s about CPM banner that has a perfomance of 0.50$ This mean’s that if I put 2 banners i get a total CPM performance of 1$?
