0.16% Ctr – Help!!!…

Hey guys,
I’ve been using Google AdSense on my website for about 2 months now. My website is www.Date-Rater.com and I am directing it towards the 18-25 age group/demographic. My CTR has NOT ever gone above 0.20%, which you all know is pretty terrible.
What do I need to do to increase my CTR???…..any input is invited! Thanks in advance!
