What is normal ppc ctr?

I’m hoping to start a ppc campaign in the near future and was wondering what kind of CTR is "normal". I realize that it can vary wildly from those who are uninterested/irrelevant to tightly targeted offering something free. However what kind of range should I consider normal for normal usage?
