Adster? Having a serious problem!

Hello,
I recently (few hours ago) registered with adster, and unfortunately beleived the site, and loaded it with $20 through my paypal.
After few hours, I tried logging in, and amazingly the login form doesnt log me in, so I tried to retrieve my password, and though it says password has been mailed to <email address>, it isnt in my inbox, nor junk mails.
I tried contacting them through live chat, and they dont seem to be "available" at the moment.
Does others have silimar issues, is adster a scam?
