How can I increase my CTR with my website…??

I recently just put up a PPC Ad Network on my website (Yes, AdSense). I am very happy to be apart of their program with my website. The reason for this post is that I was wondering if any of you would know and tips, suggestions or changes I may need to do to increase my Click-Through-Rate. Here is my website……
