Tribal Fusion Accepted, and then Rejected???

I got accepted into Tribal Fusion, and it was all well and good. The site representative said she would send another email the next day or so with the account login information. Then I got a reply saying "Unfortunately we are unable to run ads on your site alongside these kinds of ads", and they showed a screenshot of the site with an adult ad showing.
I was completely unaware that there were any adult ads on the site and I didn’t think that any of my ad networks displayed adult ads, as I am with pretty much all networks in DMX. And it’s not like I want adult ads shown in a teen dating website anyway.
I sent them an email greatly apologizing about it and said that I was not aware and that they were removed instantly and will never be shown again. I didn’t receive a reply after that, […]
