Best pay rates? No Adsense

I need some PPC program that will pay as good as Adsense, I cant use Adsense because my site has adult content.
I tried blacklabel ads but they dont really match adsense in pay rates. I know there are lots of other good programs out there but everytime I look at their small print, it says "no pornography" content, and I dont want to go for selling paid per sale porn programs as the site is not really specifically about porn just some content, contextual PPC ads is what would do well I think, so every post has advertised what is needed.
