how to show chitika ads?

i’ve applied for chitika and my application is approved.
after logging in, i’m getting lots of options..
i’m not getting idea which one and where to place them.
I’ve medical forum. among various type of which ads i shd add in my forum and at which place? [e.g. header/postbit???]
