Try Promax Protein and Calcium

I eat high protein bars, beef and turkey jerky, and dried fruit during long hikes, and I also eat protein bars after workouts at the gym (I run and lift weights 3 times per week). When I hike, I like the kind of protein bar that is not coated with chocolate, so it won’t melt in the heat. Also, when I hike I take vitamin powder supplements along as backup and powdered electrolytes, too.

And of course I watch my calcium, and that’s why I take calcium powder supplements, since I do not buy a lot of dairy products (in fact, I do not like low fat cheese).
