Kontera WordPress Plugin

I have the Konera WordPress plugin on my blog. I works perfect on the previous theme but today, when I upgraded to another theme it just won’t work. I tried going back to the old theme and it works without any changes, but I like the new theme more and would like to use it. Does anyone know why the plugin doesn’t work on all themes?
