Please suggest me the best paying PPC for my website

Can you please suggest me the best paying PPC for my this website :: preteen-n-youngmodels.com
I placed the google ads, but it was showing only PSA(public service ads). I kept the ads on my site 3 days, but no change. And i have also made a post on google adsense support. People suggest me that google treating my site as a adult site(just for the sake of the name of site). So, i did’t take any risk after that. I have removed the adsense link from my site.
Now i am searching a best paying PPC for my site and also who can pay me through Paypal.
