Help with NeoBux

I have been asking for my password and username for the last 3 weeks and I havnt recieved any emails from NeoBux. It just always says Email has been sent to your personnal email for the password.
I have already deleted cookies and everything that needs to be changed.
Anybody connected to NeoBux here who will read this post please assist me retrieve my password or username.
