Auto-Start Video Ads

I am running a networked java game that takes up a lot of server resources. The game is popular enough where visitors will come back practically no matter how intrusive the ads are. Is there a way that I can have a video play before the game starts similar to the bigger game sites?
I know adsense has their video ads, but I would like something that doesn’t need to be clicked on and starts automatically. Is there something suitable for a mid-level site such as mine?
