Guide me for adbrite and bidvertiser

I’ve placed adbrite and bidvertiser both ads . [in different pages in same fo9urm]
1.
I’ve also enabled inline ads for adbrite.
But it’s not working properly i think..and words which are highlighted are, all words are showing same popup ad "domainnews.com"

I’m getting mostly no ads or same ad [which is also irrelavant to content of page] on all different pages & even whole the day.
shouldn’t it show different ads on different pagees/threads?
